Paint Swatches

These are the approved paint colour schemes for properties within Rosedale Esate.  There are three colour schemes to choose from.

All surrounds (i.e. windows / doors) to be contrasting colours.  Pure white is a good alternative.

The paint swatches below are all Dulux products.  In the event that you choose an alternate supplier, please ensure that you get the equivalent colour.

Garage doors are to be either white or a mahoganny brown or the darker shade in the chosen swatch.
